The Suze Orman Show: Now Available Via Free iTunes Podcasts

The Suze Orman Show, the only financial show that has a primarily female audience, is now available via free iTunes podcasts. If you are new to iTunes, you will need to download their free software to get started. You don’t even need an iPod. You can simply download the episodes of the show directly to your computer and watch from there.

The Suze Orman Show stars famed financial adviser Suze Orman as she answers financial questions from regular people via phone calls, e-mails, and even video chats. CNBC began airing the show in 2002. Thanks to her fame found from writing books, appearances on Oprah, and of course her PBS specials, her television show found quick and sustained success.

Here it is many years later and The Suze Orman Show is gaining popularity as more people are looking to gain control of their money during these financially hard times. Unfortunately, CNBC is a cable network and as household budgets are getting tighter the expense of cable or satellite is often the first to be on the chopping block. So what has Suze Orman done to help her many fans? Her show is now available completely for free on iTunes podcasts!

That’s why we love Suze Orman. Too many financial advisers seek after their own well being first. Don’t get me wrong, Suze Orman is indeed a very rich woman, but it is clear that she cares for the financial well being of her fans as well. Providing free podcasts of her show (and encouraging her viewers to read her books at the library) goes to show just how much she understands the financial woes of her fans and wants to provide her practical advice as a public service.

The Suze Orman Show along with Suze’s books, articles, and other television appearances truly get through to women. Too often financial topics are addressed in overly technical terms or in completely impersonal references, making it hard for the average person to understand or relate. Suze Orman gives her financial advice in terms anyone can comprehend (male, female, young, old) and in a way that actually makes sense to real life (hence why women love her advice because we always want to understand how this advice relates to the big picture of life, not just to compartmentalize the advice exclusively to the topic of money). Her advice doesn’t just stop at what to do with money, it’s really about how to use money to make the best life for yourself. That’s really what money is about anyway. Money is the tool to get your goals met, and those goals differ from person to person, but our basic needs are the same. Watching The Suze Orman Show you will find her to be part financial adviser and part life coach.

Why do I watch The Suze Orman Show? It’s amazing how much I can learn in those 40 minutes. She makes it all understandable to her audience. I began watching her on television appearances back when I was a teenager and I’m so grateful I did. I was even happier when her own show started and I have relished every tidbit of monetary education I gained. There is no other financial show that caters to women. The Suze Orman Show is for men as well, but mostly I have found it helps to empower real women to take control of their finances.
